Note: registration includes cocktail reception on Sunday night (28th June), all catering during 3 day conference Monday-Wednesday ( 29th June - 1st July), pre-dinner drinks Monday and Tuesday night and conference banquets on Monday and Tuesday nights as well as a hard cover bound copy of the conference proceedings and a CD of the proceedings.

Final papers will not be accepted unless accompanied by registration.
