CALL FOR PAPERS EXTENDED

Deadline for submission of abstracts has passed.

There are a limited number of speaking spots available on the conference program.  Your abstract is being used to determine whether you are allocated an oral or poster presentation at the conference.  If your abstract is accepted you will be expected to submit a 4 page paper for publication in a professionally printed conference proceedings.  Papers are to be submitted by 15 January 2009 (at latest).


Completed papers should be submitted via the EasyChair conference paper management system www.easychair.org.  Instructions on how to access the EasyChair system will be sent directly to authors whose abstracts have been accepted (see below).
 
We also invite intending delegates to pre-register to receive more detailed information on the conference program, sponsorship, registration and accommodation by signing up for the LMT2009 conference newsletter.
 

Paper submission instructions:

  1. Papers should be written in Word format using the LMT_template.dot (18.50 KB) as provided and following the relevant LMT_Template_Guidelines.pdf LMT_Template_Guidelines.pdf ( 2008-10-22 14:02).
  2. Papers should have the following file format for easy identification: ‘Surname_Initial’, where the Surname is that of the first author.
  3. Once you have completed the paper you want to submit using the LMT template you will need to use Adobe Acrobat to convert your paper into a PDF file.
  4. We are using an online conference paper management system called EasyChair (www.easychair.org) and it will only accept papers in pdf format. 
  5. If you are the corresponding author, you should have received an email from EasyChair asking you to create an account to access your abstract submission for the LMT conference. 
  6. Follow the instructions in the email or refer to our EasyChair LMT2009 Conference Paper Submission Instructions Easy_Chair_instructions.pdf Easy_Chair_instructions.pdf ( 2008-11-04 14:07)
  7. Once your paper is lodged the review process will commence and you can track the progress of your paper through the EasyChair system.  We will send you a copyright form to sign to facilitate publication of your paper.
